Touring the UK & Europe? We've Got You Covered.
Whether you're flying in from the States, Canada, Australia or anywhere else, we can make the UK and European leg of your tour straightforward, cost-effective, and stress-free.
Ooosh Tours is based in Portslade, just a few miles from Brighton; 70 minutes from Heathrow and 30 minutes from Gatwick. We've been doing this since 2008, and international fly-in tours are very much our bread and butter.
We offer splitter vans, backline hire, rehearsal rooms, tour supplies and storage - all from one place. For a band flying in and hitting the road, our one-stop solution is ideal.

How It Typically Works
Every tour is different, but most international fly-in bookings follow a shape something like this:
1. You land at Heathrow or Gatwick
We meet you at the airport with your van (pre-loaded with your backline if you've booked it with us) so you can clear customs and get straight on the road. No faff, no extra stops. Just your gear, your people, and away you go.
Or if you need a night's rest before you're road-ready, we can arrange delivery to your hotel or first venue instead.
2. You rehearse
We have two world-class rehearsal rooms at our warehouse in Portslade. Many of our international clients build a day or two of rehearsal into the start of their hire: it's a great way to shake off the jet lag, dial in your production on your actual hire gear, and make sure everything is working exactly as you want it before your first show.
Because your backline and van are already here with us, it all makes perfect logistical sense.
3. You tour the UK
Self-drive or we supply a driver for you. All our vans are self-drive on a standard car licence (Category B), with full comprehensive insurance and EU-wide breakdown cover included as standard: no mileage limits, no extra EU charges.
Our fleet is exclusively Mercedes-based, bought new and converted to our own specification. Premium Sprinter, Basic Sprinter, and Mini Vito configurations available depending on the size of your party and your luggage requirements.
4. You cross into Europe
All our vans are fully insured and covered for EU driving as standard - no extra charges for crossing borders. Just carry your standard hire docs and go.
5. You end the tour wherever suits you
This is where we're flexible. Need to drop the van in Amsterdam at the end of the tour? Paris? Berlin? Barcelona? No problem. We'll collect it from wherever you finish. One-way hires into Europe are something we do regularly and are happy to quote on - just let us know your end point and we'll quote accordingly.

What We Can Put Together For You
We can build a touring package that combines any or all of the following:
Splitter van hire: Premium, Mini or Basic, with bespoke interior conversions. We also have gear vans for moving just equipment.
Full backline: drum kits, guitar and bass amplifiers, keyboards, Hammond organs, DJ equipment and so much more.
Fly packs: lightweight touring rigs for artists who fly their principles and hire everything else. We can put together a compact package of IEMs, a small digital mixing desk, mic package: whatever you need to keep your luggage under control.
Rehearsal room time: at our warehouse in Portslade, bookable as part of your hire.
Tour storage: leave your cases and merch with us between legs, or at the end of the tour before they're shipped home.
Tour supplies: from gaffa tape and batteries to drum heads and Vocalzone. We know what touring bands need and we stock it.
Experienced crew: drivers, tour managers, FOH engineers available on request if you'd rather not self-drive, or need an extra pair of hands.
Fly Packs & Digital Touring Rigs
More and more artists are flying their key personnel and keeping their baggage lean, hiring a full backline on the road and packing only what's essential. We're well set up for this.
A typical fly pack from us might include:
A compact digital mixing console (we carry a range; let us know what your engineer prefers).
In-ear monitor systems - wired or wireless.
Radio microphone systems and belt packs.
Stage transformers for US-spec equipment (120V to 230V).
Any adapters, stands, cables or accessories you'd rather not carry.
We're endorsement suppliers for a number of top manufacturers and can support artist preferences where possible. If you're not sure what you need, just send us your stage plot and input list and we'll work backwards from there.
TV, Film & Production Work
Our services aren't limited to live touring. We regularly support advertising, TV and film productions that need musical instruments, amplifiers, period-correct equipment or touring vehicles as production assets. If you're a production company working on a music-adjacent project, give us a call: we're used to working around call sheets and strict returns schedules.
We collect and deliver throughout the UK and Europe. Most of our fly-in clients land at Heathrow or Gatwick, and we cover both without any issue as well as all airports, train terminals etc across the UK and Europe. We regularly service tours running through London, Manchester, Glasgow, Dublin, Amsterdam, Paris, Berlin, Hamburg and beyond - if you can get there in a van, so can we!
Our base in West Sussex puts us within easy reach of all major London airports, the Channel Tunnel, and the M25, which means we're well placed to get you moving quickly, wherever you're headed.

Getting a Quote
The best way to get a quote is to drop us an email or give us a call. Tell us your dates, your routing, how many people are in the party, and what backline you need and we'll come back to you quickly with a clear, itemised quote.
We've been quoting on UK and EU tours for over 15 years. We won't waste your time, and we'll tell you straight if something isn't possible. More often than not, it is. Do also check out our FAQs for more information and advice.
