The Loft at Ooosh Tours

Two purpose built production-size rehearsal rooms filled with natural daylight, The Loft at Ooosh Tours is a versatile multi-use space designed with an inspirational & upbeat feel suitable for a wide range of rehearsals and activities.

Two rooms at 1450 sq ft and 525 sq ft respectively, each with a range of lighting and black-out options; heating & air conditioning; excellent acoustics; a high-spec PA; fast Wi-Fi & ethernet connection; trussing; and plenty of power options (inc 16a, 32a & 63a). Each room has a private kitchen / lounge with tea & coffee making facilities, chairs & desk space.  

This productive and relaxing work space is situated in an incredibly private location, but also benefits from a busy high street with shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways just 30 seconds' walk away. The seafront is a just few minutes' walk away and Brighton city centre a short drive. We are easy to access by road, being less than 2 miles from the A27 which links quickly onto the M23 and with it London, Gatwick and Heathrow.

Previous uses have included band rehearsals & performances; orchestra rehearsals; theatre rehearsals; dance performances & rehearsals; product launches; video shoots (including live-streaming); photography sessions; private parties; training days; and video game competitions.

If you're hiring backline from us, that can be set up in the room ready for you to rehearse on before taking out; and we have a tour supplies shop on site too for all those forgotten or last-minute extra.
